TPO Gold - Proudly Approved as Prestigious OPAL Gold Star Provider
20th February, 2020, Knowledge Oasis Muscat: Takatuf Petrofac Oman (TPO) has received the prestigious Gold Star Award from the Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL) for meeting, and frequently surpassing, training standards set throughout the oil and gas industry.
After an intense and thorough audit of the premises, training standards, policies and procedures, TPO was delighted to find out via the OPAL online portal – that they had been awarded the Gold standard in acknowledgement of the achievement of the highest level of standards.
Mr Andy Morris, General Manager at TPO, stated that all of the team were delighted to be acknowledged in this way by OPAL. “We are very proud of our state-of-the-art-training establishment here in Muscat and we very proud of our staff and the success of our students. However, it is a very special day when an independent and well-respected outside body also recognises and acknowledges your achievements.”
Mr Morris continued, “Together, TPO will work closely with OPAL, supporting one another, by promoting our shared mission of raising standards in training in the Oman Petroleum Industry, and ensuring that OPAL continues its journey to become a world-class, internationally competitive body optimising the industries resources.”
